Establishment of the Korean Liberation 40th Anniversary Commemoration Medal
The Central People's Committee of the DPRK decides on the following at the time of the 40th anniversary of the Fatherland's liberation and gives state-class commendations to the foreign friends who make contributions to the friendly unity between their countries and our country, as well as exchange and assistance in different fields and who celebrate revolutionary festivals together with our people.
