Foundation Commemoration Order
The Standing Committee, Supreme People's Con-gress, DPRK has decided on the following in memory of the foundation of the Korean People's Army, the revolutionary force of the Korean Workers' Party, and gives state-class commendations to the soldiers of
the Korean People's Army, Korean People's Security Forces and the Public Security workers who render outstanding service as direct successors of the glori- ous Anti-Japanese War of Struggle, led by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung.
