Establishment of the DPRK Order of Friendship, 1st and 2nd Class, and Friendship Medal
The Central People's Committee of the DPRK decides the following and gives state-class commendations to the diplomatic personnel, relevant officials, technicians and experts who work hard to strengthen friendship and unity with other countries, and economic and technical exchange and assistance, and to promote inter national aid from the world to our country:
1. To establish the DPRK Order of Friendship, 1st and 2nd Class, and Friendship Medal
2. To acknowledge the stipulations and description of the DPRK Order of Friendship, 1st and 2nd Class, and Friendship Medal.
